How It Works

Contact us with your design ideas and upload your logo below (if relevant).  Please note that we strongly recommend you upload AI/SVG or PSD files. If you only have a PNG file we will confirm the quality of the image and may suggest enhancing the file at a cost to ensure the best possible print.

Our initial chat about your custom design is totally FREE. We will discuss your requirements and then provide you with a quote for a variety of bags that we feel match your remit. Depending on the complexity of your design there may be a fee for creating your artwork but this will be discussed at this stage before progressing to the mock up stage.  

Once you are happy with the proposal and agreed costs as soon as payment has been made we will create you a number of mock ups to approve before production begins. This is where we can also discuss any tweaks.

Once the design artwork has been approved we'll get to work and you'll receive your bespoke bags in 5 working days.
